Roosevelt impersonator, Larry Marples will grace us with his presidential presence and discuss political topics from 1901-1909 as well as share fascinating facts about the Roosevelts during their years after the White House.

Larry and Julia Marple have been portraying Theodore and Edith Roosevelt since 2008. They have performed across the country and for the last three summers have performed as the Roosevelts in Medora, North Dakota (the site of one of Theodore Roosevelt’s cattle ranches). Larry has taught elementary school for 26 years and has been actively involved in living history for over 30 years. Julia worked in the museum and living history field for more than 13 years and has enjoyed participating in living history events for over 20 years.
