Well, the holidays are almost over- hope everyone had a safe and happy one! Let us look forward to 2016 as a time of great growth and historic expansion. 
While the exhibit space and collections will be closed starting in January, the genealogy library and the gift shop will stay open at 65 N. Court Street till late spring so come on in and find your roots, discover you heritage or get a great gift for yourself or someone special!
Our latest Bulletin features the new South East Ohio History Center (ACHS&M’s new home), Athens brick history and a story of Isacc Nice, the 5th of 18 children who served in the Civil War. Or, try your hand at our new cross word puzzle which highlights Athens history.
