We are happy to announce that our very popular pub&bar tours will be running from Friday, July 10th through Saturday, July 18th.
We run 2 tours each day at: 1:00-2:30pm and 5:00-6:30pm.
This years dates are:
Friday, July 10th, Saturday, July 11th, Wednesday, July 15th, Thursday, July 16th, Friday, July 17th and Saturday, July 18th
Cyrus Moore, Historical consultant for ACHS&M will be leading the tours 
which focus on the evolution of the buildings that house Athens local watering holes.
ACHS&M Curator, Jessica Cyders will be on hand to answer your historical questions as well.
Reminisce about the “good ole days” in Swanky’s, The Frontier Room, Mr. Bojangles,
The Junction, Igors, The Greenery, Union Bar & Grill and many others. Learn about how the buildings got their start and the businessmen who made them happen.
Tickets are $10.00 for ACHS&M members, 15. for non-members. All tours begin at the Museum located at 65 N. Court Street in Athens.
