The Crown of Court Street: Athens’ Ohio National Guard Armory

The Southeast Ohio History Center will be hosting regional historian Cyrus Moore III at its next Lyceum Luncheon Series on Thursday, October 19^th at 12 o’clock noon. This event is free and open to the public. Bring your lunch and learn with us!

Moore, the Director of the Baltimore Community Museum in Fairfield County and a native of Athens County, serves on the City of Athens Historic Preservation Commission. Moore’s extensive background in military history includes a longtime interest in the Athens Armory and stories associated with the men and events connected to it over the past century.
